Refund policy
Returns Policy:
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with intact packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Refunds may not be applicable for engraved watches and items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
Return Merchandise Authorization: All returns necessitate a Return Merchandise Authorization from peacockwatches.com. Certain items may have a limited return policy (please refer to the Special Orders section below). All purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packaging materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees ranging from 10% to 25% for used or damaged items.
Refunds (if applicable): Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, an email notification will be sent to you, indicating the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
Change-of-Mind Purchases: For change-of-mind purchases, if you have already paid for an item that has not yet shipped and you want a refund, please note that a processing fee of 2.9% will apply. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted. If necessary, reach out to your bank, as there is often a certain processing time for refunds to be posted.

the Special Orders section (if applicable): Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges Policy:
Exchanges will only be processed for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item for the same product, please send us an email at vip@peacockwatches.com and ship the item to our official return address.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items with a value exceeding $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
